CD/DVD Replication
The master is made of glass that has been coated by a chemical. The
master is a 'negative' of the CD/DVD and it is then coated with a
compound and turned into a stamper. The stamper punches tiny pits in
the production discs that use molten aluminium as the reflective surface
and polycarbonate for the remainder of the disc.
CD/DVD replication is a quick and cost-effective production method for
larger runs (1,000 or more). Replicated CDs are then printed using an
offset print or Thermal Print, resulting in a very high quality finish.
CD/DVD Duplication
CD/DVD duplication is more suitable for smaller quantities and is the
process of burning blank CD/ DVD media with a laser to add the file
contents onto the discs. Duplicated CD/DVD's are then are printed using
Inkjet Printing or Thermal resulting in a professional finish to your
project.
On Disc Printing
We offer full color on disc printing for a professional look or Thermal
for a cleaner look.
